Gerard Otter is a highly experienced Senior Researcher at TNO, having worked with the organization since 1998. In the current role, Gerard specializes in space instrument calibration. Previously, Gerard served as the Group Leader for the TNO space instrument calibration group and has significant experience as a Systems Engineer at TNO I&T. Gerard holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics from the University of Twente, which was earned between 1993 and 1997.
