Jose Romera Garcia

Jose Romera Garcia is a seasoned professional in the aerospace sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Space Systems at TNO since August 2023. Previous roles include Bid Manager for Serco and Sapienza Consulting, as well as Project Manager at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL), where significant contributions were made to key missions such as THEOS-2 and the FORMOSAT-7/COSMIC-2 constellation. With extensive experience gained at Ibérica del Espacio, S.A., focusing on telecommunication satellite projects, and internships at the European Space Agency and Empresarios Agrupados, Jose has a strong background in both project management and technical development. Jose holds an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London, an MSc in Spacecraft Technology and Satellite Communications from UCL, and a Specialist course in Project Management from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
