Karin Laurens-Borsboom

Karin Laurens-Borsboom is an experienced senior contract manager currently employed at TNO since September 2020, where responsibilities include guiding project teams through large and complex projects, promoting contract awareness, managing risks, and serving as a sparring partner for project leaders and controllers. Prior to TNO, Karin held various roles at Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands B.V. from August 1998 to September 2020, including contract and bid manager and senior contracts officer. Karin also served as manager of contracts for the Royal Netherlands Navy from August 1996 to May 1998 and worked as contracts manager at Hoogovens Technical Services from 1988 to 1993, along with experience as a business lawyer at Corus Staal BV in 1987-1988. Karin holds a degree in corporate law from Leiden University, completed from 1979 to 1986, and attended Collegium Marianum from 1973 to 1979.
