Kimberley Kruijver

Kimberley Kruijver is an experienced researcher specializing in strategic security issues, currently holding the position of Researcher in strategic defense and security analysis at TNO since January 2021. Prior to this role, Kimberley served as a Junior Researcher at The Clingendael Institute, focusing on EU security, NATO, and Arctic security from November 2018 to January 2021. An internship in Security and Defence Policy was completed at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken in early 2018. Kimberley has an academic background that includes a Master of Arts in Military Strategic Studies from the Royal Military Academy, along with a Master of Science in Crisis and Security Management from Leiden University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology & Development Sociology from Leiden University. Additionally, Kimberley held a position as a Board Member for the Study Association 'Itiwana' of Cultural Anthropology, overseeing activities and collaborations between members and academic entities.
