Koen H.

Koen H. currently serves as the Manager of the ICT Infrastructure, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Cloud Solutions at TNO since November 2023. Prior to this role, Koen H. held various leadership positions at KPN from February 2009 to October 2023, including Director/Senior Lead for B2B Corporate Accounts, where responsibilities included overseeing Service Design and leading a team of approximately 30 professionals. Koen H. also directed the KPN Local Government (Gemnet) initiative, focusing on innovative ICT services for Dutch municipalities. Earlier career experience includes roles in IT Service Management and ICT projects with companies such as BMW and Rabobank. Koen H. holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Bachelor's in Information and Communication Technology, complemented by leadership training at Vlerick Business School and Nyenrode Business University.
