Marjan van Erk

Marjan van Erk serves as the Program Director for the "Leefstijl in de Zorg" initiative at Coalitie Leefstijl in de Zorg since January 2023, aiming to integrate lifestyle as a core component of regular healthcare by 2025. Simultaneously, Marjan van Erk has been a Team Leader for the Systems Biology team at TNO since April 2004, overseeing a team focused on optimizing personal health and addressing lifestyle-related diseases through a systems biology approach. Marjan has held various roles at TNO, including Senior Project Manager and Program Manager for initiatives related to personalized and digital health, and has actively contributed to research in metabolic health and tailored prevention strategies. Additionally, Marjan is a member of the management team for the Dutch Innovation Center for Lifestyle Medicine at Lifestyle4Health, with a foundational academic background in nutritional sciences, having earned a Master’s degree from Wageningen University & Research.
