Reinder Wolthuis has extensive experience in cyber security, currently serving as a member of the ENISA ad-hoc working group SOC/CSIRT and as program manager for the Partnership for Cyber Security Innovation (PCSI) at TNO since 2006. Wolthuis co-initiated the PCSI in 2020, contributing to the defense against future cyber threats in Dutch society. As a senior consultant and program manager, Wolthuis has led various projects, including conducting an annual security benchmark for European telecom providers since 2009, and coordinating the EU-sponsored H2020 project SOCCRATES. Prior positions include unit manager at Atos Origin and field manager at KPN Software Huis, along with a role as senior consultant in information security at KPN Research. Wolthuis holds a master's degree in electronics and telematics from the University of Twente.
