Serdar Özsezen

Serdar Özsezen is a Medior Scientist/Innovator and Data Scientist at TNO since December 2019, with prior experience as a PhD Candidate and Researcher at the University of Groningen from September 2015 to December 2019. Expertise includes modeling oscillatory dynamics, production rate prediction for biomass macromolecules, and developing constraint-based mathematical models of cell metabolism using advanced machine learning and optimization techniques. Educational qualifications include a PhD from the University of Groningen, a Master's degree from Boğaziçi University, and a Bachelor's degree from Anadolu University. Additional roles include teaching Python programming and mathematical modeling, as well as a background in computational structural biology, process engineering, and guest relations management.
