Tara Tankink

Tara Tankink is an experienced researcher and manager specializing in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as a researcher at TNO since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tara was the Conference Manager for the Public Management Research Association from September 2022 to June 2023 and worked as a student assistant at the Netherlands Institute of Governance from June 2020 to August 2022. Tara has held leadership positions, including Co Editor in Chief and Chair at Public Note, and has been actively involved in various student committees at Utrecht University, where Tara earned a Bachelor's degree in Education, Governance, and Organization. Additionally, Tara has experience in educational training, tutoring, and social work, contributing to youth development and community engagement through roles at TeamAlert, Careibu, and Stichting Move. Educational accomplishments include an Erasmus exchange at the University of Oslo in 2019 and a VWO diploma in Economy and Society/Culture and Society from Stichtse Vrije School.
