Thomas Rooijakkers

Thomas Rooijakkers is a Senior Scientist Integrator and PET Lab Coordinator at TNO since February 2019, focusing on enhancing the quality and reusability of Privacy-Enhancing Technologies. Prior roles include Knowledge Lead of Vulnerability Research and Medior Scientist Integrator for the TNO MPC Lab, aimed at improving Secure Multi-Party Computation solutions. Thomas has experience as a Junior Scientist Innovator at ZuidPlus and in various positions, including Junior Systeemontwerper at Altran and Junior Scientific Computing at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where contributions included IT support and guiding freshmen in mathematics. Thomas holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has additional experience in service roles and youth mentorship.
