Wouter van de Steeg is a scientist at TNO since March 2020, contributing to research by providing high-quality images and chemical data using various analytical techniques, including SEM-EDX and XRD, while working within the energetic materials department and collaborating with other departments and external clients. Previously, Wouter served as a technical developer at SGS from October 2017 to March 2020, where leadership was provided for improvement and development projects aimed at delivering accurate results to clients. Additional experience includes working as a junior environmental and soil advisor at Antea Group for a brief period in 2017, assisting at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from September 2014 to December 2015, and working at Agrifirm from 2007 to 2013, where a team leader role was held in laboratory analysis of grains. Wouter holds a Master of Science in Earth Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, obtained in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences, completed in 2013.
