Wouter van der Bij

Wouter van der Bij is a skilled consultant specializing in AI and digital society, currently employed at TNO Vector since July 2023. Previously, Wouter served as a program manager for the Value-driven AI initiative at the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport from August 2020 to April 2022. Wouter has extensive experience as a partner and data consultant at Ynformed, where responsibilities included overseeing numerous data science projects within the public sector and healthcare from April 2014 to February 2020. Earlier roles included being a public health researcher at GGD Groningen between October 2012 and April 2014. Wouter holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Groningen, along with a minor in Sociology and Criminology from Ghent University.
