Eduardo Cortez is an experienced engineer with over two decades in the energy sector. Currently serving as Engineer IV at Texas-New Mexico Power (TNMP) since February 2015, Eduardo has previously held the position of Engineer III for System Reliability at Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) since October 2006. Prior to these roles, Eduardo worked as a Substation Project Engineer at Ocampo Esta Engineering Consultants from October 2001 to October 2006, focusing on substation projects for Southern California Edison and PG&E. Eduardo's expertise also includes experience as a Substation Design Engineer at Everest Engineering & Technical Services for various Southern California Edison substation projects in 2001, and as Supervising Branch Engineer at Manila Electric Company from 1980 to 1999.
