Scott Hulett Pe

Scott Hulett, PE, is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in electrical utility systems. Currently serving as an Engineer at Texas-New Mexico Power (TNMP) since May 2021, Scott has previously held leadership positions, including Vice President and General Manager at Siemens PTI (U.S.) and Engineering Director at WorleyParsons. Scott's career also includes significant contributions at Siemens Energy as Director of Consulting and at Plug Power as General Manager and Engineering Director. Early in their career, Scott worked as a Senior Project Engineer at General Motors' Global Alternative Propulsion Center, focusing on systems development for hydrogen and fuel cells. Additionally, Scott served as an Engineering Officer in the US Army, gaining valuable experience with the 9th Infantry Division and the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Energy Systems from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
