Shashi Shekhar

Shashi Shekhar is an accomplished engineering lead with a strong background in software engineering, currently serving at TNQTech since April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a senior software engineer at AuthorCafé from August 2020 to April 2023, where Shashi led the development of a new Rich Text Editor project, mentored junior engineers, and initiated agile methodologies resulting in significant improvements in project efficiency and code quality. Shashi also has a solid foundation in developing applications and performance optimization, including experience with ReactJS and backend systems using PHP and Laravel. Shashi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Jabalpur Engineering College, completed in 2019.
