They previously held senior HR roles at companies such as Wirecard and Sundaram Business Services, and began their career as an HR Executive at R R Donnelley India Outsource Private Limited. Anitha is recognized as a global HR strategist, total rewards expert, and a dynamic leader, with certifications in emotional intelligence coaching and life coaching. They are also an active member of the Diversity and Inclusion Core Committee of NASSCOM.
