Michael Reid

Michael Reid has a strong background in financial planning and analysis. From 2019, they worked as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc., where they created and implemented a new vision for the company's planning process. Michael also established enhanced rapport with outside equity investors and led meetings with key stakeholders to gain alignment on new processes. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of FP&A at EP ENERGY from 2012 to 2018, where they provided strategic recommendations to the executive committee and established methodologies for capital allocation and calculating efficiencies. Michael also led the balanced scorecard process for determining individual cash bonus awards. Before that, they worked as a Financial Principal at El Paso Corporation, where they ran the company's strategic long-range plan model. Michael started their career at Mariner Energy, Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they helped identify peer companies trading at a discount and assisted with investor relations activities.

Michael Reid completed their B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. Michael pursued further education and attained an MBA in Finance from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, which they completed from 2003 to 2005.
