Dr. Scott Klimek

Dr. Scott Klimek is an accomplished data analyst and educator with extensive experience in educational leadership and analytics. Currently serving as a Data Analyst at Valley City State University since January 2019, Dr. Klimek utilizes Microsoft Power BI to create interactive dashboards and assists faculty with data interpretation related to student assessments and retention. Additionally, Dr. Klimek works as an Adjunct Professor and Grant Writer for TNT Kid's Fitness, where survey design and quantitative data analysis are key responsibilities. Previous roles include teaching and serving as an Elementary School Principal at Fargo Public Schools and Montrose County School District. Dr. Klimek holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Dakota, complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Learning Analytics, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Valley City State University.
