Aubrey Fults

Aubrey Fults currently serves as the Director of Consulting Services at TNTP, a position held since June 2021. Previously, Aubrey has held significant roles at Teaching Trust, including Program Director of Leadership Development and Program Manager for Educational Fellows, from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Aubrey worked as a Mentor Teacher and 7th Grade English Language Arts Teacher at Memphis Teacher Residency from 2012 to 2016, focusing on middle school education in a Title I school. Aubrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Texas A&M University (2008-2012) and a Master of Urban Education from Union University (2012-2013).
