Karmen Rubin

Karmen Rubin is a seasoned professional in workforce and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Manager at TNTP since November 2021, where responsibilities include executing hiring priorities and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion goals within the Northeast Region. Prior to TNTP, Karmen was an Independent Consultant at RLK Consulting Group from November 2018 to November 2021 and held the position of Marketing and Community Outreach Director at Academy 4 from July 2019 to January 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Workforce Development at Goodwill Industries of Fort Worth, Business Development Associate at Walter P Moore, and Manager of Workforce Development at Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana. Karmen holds an MBA from LSU Shreveport and a BS in Health Services from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
