Leeann Kerst Davidson

Leeann Kerst Davidson, M.A., is an accomplished program and project manager with over 14 years of experience in learning experience design and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of Consulting at TNTP since June 2015, Leeann has successfully trained over 5,000 educators, focusing on creating high-quality instructional materials and innovative learning environments that foster equity and inclusion. Previous roles at TNTP include Senior Manager and Senior Effectiveness Coach, where Leeann led numerous teacher training initiatives and coached staff to support over 1,200 Fellows annually. Prior to TNTP, Leeann served in various educational roles, including Teacher and Grade Level Chair at Achievement First, and Corps Member Advisor for Teach For America. Leeann holds a Master’s degree in Education from Relay School of Graduate Education and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from The Ohio State University.
