Megan Souders

Megan Souders, MPP, currently serves as Data Manager on the Consulting Team at TNTP, beginning in April 2022. Prior experience includes working as Senior Impact Analytics Manager at City Year Chicago, where Megan monitored and evaluated a tutoring program for 2,500 students and designed various analytical tools. Earlier roles encompassed positions as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, providing support for graduate courses and conducting research on labor standards and corporate responsibility. Additional experience includes consulting for The League of Friends of the Blind, managing the AmeriCorps program at the Youth Policy Institute, and serving as Program Manager and AmeriCorps Member at City Year Los Angeles. Megan holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, and Economics from the University of Cincinnati.
