Opal Shimoni

Opal Shimoni is the Head of Organizational Development at Tnuva, where they build and manage cross-organizational HR processes, including mentoring and talent management programs. Previously, Opal served as an OD and Learning Project Manager at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD, focusing on organizational development processes and training effectiveness. They have also worked as a Skills Workshop Facilitator at Strauss Water Ltd., where they developed career roadmaps and conducted workshops on various skills. Opal’s earlier experience includes working as a Develop and Training Specialist at The Israeli Phoenix. They hold a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a degree in Organizational Leadership from Bar-Ilan University.
