Bridget Johns-Pavlopoulos has a long and varied career in the retail industry. Bridget began their career as a student at Emory University in 1994 and then joined the MBA Enterprise Corps in 1996. In 1998, they became the Director of New Business at WestPoint Stevens. Bridget then moved to Tiffany & Co. in 2003, where they held the role of Director of New Business. In 2006, they were the Director of Retail at Lancome, and then in 2007 they became the Director of Retail at Links of London. In 2009, they joined RetailNext as the CMO and Head of Customer Experience, and was later promoted to VP of Sales and then VP of Customer Success. In 2019, they joined the Fashion Institute of Technology as an Advisory Board Member. Most recently, in 2021, they co-founded To&From.

Bridget Johns-Pavlopoulos has a long and varied educational history. Bridget earned their MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School in 1996, majoring in Business Strategy. Bridget received their BA in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1991. Bridget also attended American University, though it is not known if they completed any degree or certification there.
