Toby Trail

Toby Trail is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at To The Rescue, a PRK Williams Company, since 2019. Previous roles include Associate Director of Corporate Development for the Full-time MBA Program at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and Marketing Project Manager at Pearson North America, with over seven years in project management. Toby also held the position of Director of Marketing & Recruiting at Thomas L. Cardella & Associates and was the Director of Marketing for the University of Iowa Athletic Department, where strong relationships with a diverse customer base were maintained. Toby holds a Master’s degree in Athletic & Sports Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Sports Management from Bluffton University.
