Kelly Milazzo has extensive work experience in a variety of roles and industries. Kelly started their career as a Sales Associate at FX Matt Brewing Co, where they managed sales reporting and analysis, coordinated events, and resolved customer issues. Kelly then worked at Cloudveil as a Dealer Service Representative and later became a Sales Operations Manager. Moving on to Sport Brands International, they served as the Director of Operations, overseeing the integration of the AS400 ERP system and managing the relationship with FILA sourcing offices in Hong Kong. At Spyder Active Sports, Kelly worked as the Senior Product Manager for Cloudveil, implementing new product line planning processes and achieving significant growth in sales and margins. Most recently, they joined Toad&Co as the Director of Supply Chain and later became the VP of Operations. In these roles, they played an essential part in the development of annual strategic plans, managed progress towards companywide goals, and implemented a new cloud-based ERP system to drive efficiency and cost reduction. Overall, Kelly Milazzo has a strong background in operations, supply chain management, and product development.
