Tristram Stuart

Co-Founder at Toast Ale

Tristram Stuart is a food waste activist and the author of Waste: Uncovering the Global Food Scandal (Penguin / Norton, 2009) and The Bloodless Revolution (Harper Collins / Norton, 2006). In 2009, they founded Feedback, an organization that works to reduce food waste. Feedback is best known for its flagship event, Feeding the 5000, which has been held in cities around the world. In 2017, Stuart co-founded Toast Ale, a company that makes beer from surplus bread.

Tristram Stuart was educated at the University of Cambridge, where they received a double first in history.
