Adam Lantheaume

Adam Lantheaume is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience across various roles in the technology and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager for New Ventures at Toast, Adam focuses on high-volume catering and events. Previously, Adam held the position of Product Manager at Grubhub, overseeing the Menu Management Tooling and supporting restaurant partners. Adam's experience also includes a role as Senior Business System Analyst/Product Manager at Virtual, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed product management for the PCI SSC Portal and leading software platform re-engineering efforts. Additionally, Adam founded The Boston Shaker, a pioneering retail operation in the craft cocktail movement, and held various project management positions at Akamai Technologies. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cinema and Photography from Ithaca College.
