Alice Chung

Alice Chung is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation and total rewards. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Total Rewards at Toast since February 2025, Alice has previously held significant roles including Vice President and Head of Compensation at ServiceNow and at PayPal, where career progression included roles as Sr. Director and Director of Compensation and Benefits Legal Counsel. Prior to these positions, Alice worked at Latham & Watkins as Of Counsel and Associate, and began a career at Clifford Chance US LLP as an Associate. Early experience includes serving as a Benefits Representative at UCLA. Alice holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA.
