Ben Smith has extensive experience in account management and customer success across various companies such as DigitasLBi North America, CARDFREE, EVB, Digitas, Staples Inc., State Street Bank, Toast, and Dunkin' Brands. Ben has led teams in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and mobile commerce solutions for well-known clients such as CVS Pharmacy, Adobe, Jameson, and Dunkin' Donuts. In their current role at Toast, Ben serves as the Vice President of Customer Success.
