Daniel Silva

Daniel Silva currently serves as Senior Manager of Quality Management at Toast since May 2022. Previously, Daniel held various managerial roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from February 2013 to May 2022, focusing on electric operations, corrective action programs, and corrosion engineering. Notable achievements include managing a team to oversee 15,000 annual issues in the Corrective Action Program and implementing Lean Management initiatives that improved compliance and operational efficiency. Daniel has also been recognized for managing substantial budgets and leading multiple successful engineering projects that resulted in significant cost savings. Additionally, Daniel has contributed to organizational governance as a board member at MathAction and gained early career experience in engineering and HR intern roles at Southwest Gas Corporation, Toyota, and others. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
