David Truong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations within the restaurant industry. Prior to Toast, David was a Business Operations Consultant and held management positions at TGI Fridays and Buffalo Wild Wings, where operational efficiency and team training were key responsibilities. David's early career included IT roles, showcasing a blend of technical expertise and strategic consulting. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from DeVry University and an Associate of Science from Mt. San Antonio College.
