Eliza Heritage is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Sr. Director and Chief of Staff for the Commerce Line of Business at Toast since October 2017, Eliza has established the first go-to-market motion for payroll and employee management products, contributing to the company's growth through acquisitions and integrations. Previously, Eliza held various marketing roles at Smitten Ice Cream, leading brand-level strategies and partnerships across multi-regional locations. Eliza's early career includes diverse experiences in campaign support for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and non-profit organizations, culminating in a B.A. in Geography from Dartmouth College.
