Jehad Affoneh

Jehad Affoneh is an experienced design leader with a strong background in technology and software design. Currently serving as the Chief Design Officer at Toast, Jehad has held prominent roles such as Chief Design Officer at Splunk and Head of Design at VMware, where responsibilities included leadership over VMware Cloud and Design Systems and co-creation of VMware’s Design System, Clarity. In addition to these roles, Jehad provides advisory guidance to Frec and Notably. Jehad Affoneh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington.
