Laura Brady

Laura Brady currently serves as Senior Director of People Success EMEA at Toast since July 2022. Previous roles include Director and Head of HR Ireland at Workday, and Director HR Lead HRBP at Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing the Associate Experience for over 900 associates in Ireland. Laura has also held significant positions at PayPal, driving People Strategy in Global Operations EMEA, and at UnitedHealth Group, leading Human Capital initiatives in a fast-growing environment. Earlier career experiences include European HR Manager at Cook Medical, where a centralized HR function was established, and various HR roles at ACS Consulting. Laura holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland, a Master's in Business with a specialization in HR Management from the University of Limerick, and a Bachelor's in International Commerce with French from GMIT University of Rennes 2.
