Mike Gutner

Mike Gutner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational success and advertising solutions. Currently serving as SVP of People & Organizational Success at Toast since January 2018, Mike leads initiatives in performance development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Previously, Mike held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Rest Devices, Inc., where responsibilities included product delivery for connected nursery solutions. At Google from 2004 to 2013, Mike advanced through multiple leadership positions, overseeing global operations for advertising platforms and managing large teams to drive significant revenue growth. Mike holds a B.S. in Geophysics from Yale University and is a graduate of Phillips Academy.
