Qian Gao

Qian (Myron) Gao is an experienced professional specializing in quality management systems and hardware engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Quality Management Systems at Toast since September 2024, Qian previously worked at Berkshire Grey as a Principal Hardware Quality Engineer, where contributions included the creation and implementation of a multi-functional EC process and leading failure analysis initiatives. Earlier roles include Senior Quality Manager at Drinkworks, where a complete quality system for consumer appliances was established, and various engineering positions at Keurig, EDAX, and internships at Solaire Generation Inc. and Con Edison. Qian holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia Engineering, with a focus on energy systems.
