Spencer Soden

Spencer Soden is a customer success professional with extensive experience in the technology and beverage industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager II at Toast since June 2025, Spencer previously held the position of User Success Manager at Grafana Labs from April 2023 to June 2025, where responsibilities included enabling the Grafana open source community and assisting various engineering roles with implementation strategies.
