Tom Roark

Tom Roark is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in technology operations and support. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Operations at Toast, Inc. since May 2016, Roark leads initiatives for a Point of Sale system designed for the restaurant industry. Prior to this role, Roark was a Desktop Support Specialist and ITIL Practitioner at PerkinElmer, Inc., where responsibilities included desktop support and ITIL implementation.
