Zach Friedlander has extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as Manager of Commercial Leads at Toast since December 2019, where notable achievements include exceeding sales goals and recognition in several award programs. Prior to Toast, Zach held various leadership positions in the restaurant industry, including founding and scaling Aloha Poke Co. to over 30 locations in two years and serving as Director of Operations at Graves Hospitality. Additionally, Zach has been a partner in multiple culinary ventures, including Lito’s Empanadas and Perilla Korean American Fare. Educational background includes a degree from The University of Kansas, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
