Andrew Lamppa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and business management. Currently serving as the VP of Membership and Chapter President for Toastmasters International, Andrew facilitates the growth of communication and leadership skills among members. As the Founder and Coach of Built to Benefit and a member Business Coach for BNI, Andrew focuses on empowering individuals and enhancing their professional development. In addition to a PQ Coach role with Positive Intelligence, Andrew promotes mental well-being through app-guided programs. Previously, Andrew owned Noble Restaurant, transforming it into a sought-after destination for vegan and allergy-friendly cuisine, and operated Premier Window Cleaning LLC. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Cornerstone University.
