Heidi Hollenbeck

Heidi Hollenbeck serves as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Information Officer at Toastmasters International since September 2021, focusing on business process improvements and member satisfaction for a global community of 330,000 members across 145 countries. Previously, Hollenbeck held the position of VP/Chief Information Officer at Kymeta Corporation, an innovative company in satellite and cellular services. Hollenbeck's extensive consulting experience includes roles at H2 Consulting, LLC, leading technology and operations initiatives for high-profile clients like Neustar and Accenture. Hollenbeck also held senior leadership roles at Charter Communications, Amdocs, T-Mobile, Comcast, and Sprint-Nextel, with responsibilities spanning technology services, billing operations, and large-scale business transformations. Currently pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School, Hollenbeck holds a BS in Information Systems & Accounting from the University of Wyoming and an MBA focused on IT and Globalization from Colorado State University.
