Colin Smith (柯林) is an accomplished professional in strategic service design and digital management, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Colin has served as Strategic Service Designer at Tobias Australia and as Managing Director of Digital at Customer Science. Previously, Colin held the position of Product Lead at On_Msg and Sales Director / CX Associate Director at The Customer Experience Company. Additionally, Colin worked as a Strategy, Planning & Business Development Principal Consultant at Huawei. Colin earned a BA in Philosophy from the University of East Anglia, completing studies in June 1999.
