Camilla Fahlström

Camilla Fahlström has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Camilla is currently working at Tobii as the Head of Integration Management Office, where they lead the integration of the AutoSense business into Tobii. Prior to that, they served as the VP of the Medical and Scientific Research segment at Tobii, responsible for managing the segment globally.

Before joining Tobii, Camilla held positions at Telia and Vattenfall. At Telia, they were the Head of Internet Access and Home Connectivity, overseeing broadband and home connectivity products. Camilla also served as the Head of Business Design for Telia Sweden Consumer segment. At Vattenfall, they held multiple roles, including Head of Financial Control for the Vattenfall Group and Head of Financial Control for the Nordic region.

Earlier in their career, Camilla worked at Procure IT Right as the Head of Sales and as a Senior Manager, focusing on building new accounts outside the telecom industry. Camilla also gained valuable experience at Sony Ericsson, where they served as the Vice President and Head of Development Unit, responsible for the development and delivery of smartphones. Camilla was also a Change Agent, driving the establishment of common contract structures after the JV between Ericsson and Sony.

Camilla began their career at Ericsson as a Buyer and Sourcing line manager. Camilla has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including integration management, segment management, product design, financial control, sales, and sourcing.

Camilla Fahlström holds a Master of Science degree in Business Admin and Economics from the University of Gothenburg, obtained between 1989 and 1993. Camilla has also attended various leadership academies for leadership trainings from 1995 to 2021. Additionally, they completed a program at Singularity University in 2018 and attended a program at Ledarstudion in 2008. Camilla has undergone training in procurement through various procurement academies from 1994 to 2006. Furthermore, they have studied Dator- och informationsvetenskap samt support at Lund University in 1993 and French at the Swiss French School in the same year. In 1992, they studied Economics at the University of Valencia, and in 1991, they studied Marketing at the School of Business and Law, University of Brighton. Camilla also studied Spanish at Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Gijon in 1990. Prior to their higher education, they attended Grännaskolan boarding school and Swedish school of Nairobi for their high school and elementary education respectively.
