Veronika Petrovych has a diverse range of work experiences in the field of human factors and automation. Veronika began their career as a Student Academic Help at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they conducted scientific experiments and assisted with data collection. Veronika then worked as a Student Assistant at Technical University Munich, supporting research activities. Veronika later worked as a Guest Researcher at BMW Group, Delft University of Technology, and SWOV Road Safety Research, where they contributed to various projects focused on automated driving and interaction between vulnerable road users and automated cars. Veronika further enhanced their knowledge and skills as a Graduate Researcher at VTI, Statens väg- och transportforskningsinstitut, where they conducted experimental studies on transitions between manual and highly automated driving. Their most recent role was as an Account Manager at Tobii, where they played a crucial role in helping customers incorporate eye tracking into their research plans and managing strategic accounts. Veronika is currently the Head of Segment Marketing Automotive at Tobii.
Veronika Petrovych earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kyiv National Linguistics University in 2011. Veronika then pursued a Master of Science degree in Neuropsychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2011 to 2013. Currently, they are enrolled at Linköping University, where they are working towards a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Cognitive Science.
