Brent Levine

Mr. Levine practices in our Central Coast office defending insured and self-insureds in worker's compensation and related employment matters including discrimination claims. In addition to casein chief trials, Mr. Levine has been called upon by several clients to exclusively litigate and try liens in several Southern California venues filed by various healthcare providers including outpatient surgery centers. Mr. Levine attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society in 1994. Thereafter, Mr. Levine was admitted to California Western School of Law in San Diego, California with a First-Year Recruiting Scholarship. Mr. Levine is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Levine was formerly an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Mr. Levine is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law.
