David Serrano

Mr. Serrano earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Western State College of Law and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. Mr. Serrano’s experience in Workers’ Compensation began with positions as a Claims Examiner, Marketing Representative, and in-house Counsel for a California WC Insurance carrier through 2003. He continues to represent various insurance carriers and self-employed employers assisting in their defense of Workers’ Compensation claims. He is a member of the California State Bar and is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law.
