Edwin Lucks

Mr. Lucks received his Juris Doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law in 1970. Mr. Lucks has managed the firm's civil litigation department since 1984. Mr. Lucks specializes in representing management in all areas of employment litigation and counseling including employment discrimination and harassment claims, and wrongful termination litigation. Mr. Lucks' practice includes providing mediation services to the legal community as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel of the Los Angeles Superior Court, through which he has mediated numerous cases throughout Southern California. He received his mediation training from the Straus Institute For Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University and the California Academy of Mediation Professionals. Mr. Lucks is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
