John Lamoutte

Mr. Lamoutte is the managing partner of our Central Coast office. Mr. Lamoutte represents insurance carriers and self-insured employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims. This includes the defense of Labor Code Section 132(a) petitions, as well as serious and willful misconduct claims. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lamoutte acquired extensive experience as an applicants' attorney before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. Mr. Lamoutte also represented plaintiffs in the civil court.
