Tobin Lucks
Mr. Miller received his law degree from the University of California-Davis, King Hall School of Law, and was admitted to the California Bar in 2009. During law school, he was an editor for the Journal of International Law and Policy, in addition to being a member of the National Trials Honor Board. Prior to this, Mr. Miller attended Westmont College, where he graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in Economics and Business. Prior to joining the firm in March 2014, Mr. Miller worked for a municipal litigation firm, where he litigated municipal, employment, and contract matters in state and federal court.
